Shipping & Delivery Terms of Service

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

1. Local Delivery Eligibility

Orders placed within our designated local delivery areas—including Tampa, Brandon, Carrollwood, Riverview, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater—may qualify for hand delivery. Orders outside of these areas will be shipped using standard shipping services.

2. Delivery Method

For eligible local orders, items may be hand delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If hand delivery cannot be completed or contact cannot be made with the customer, the order may be shipped directly to the shipping address provided.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Acceptance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address provided. Once the order has been successfully delivered to the address listed on the order, the delivery will be considered complete.

5. Inventory Deduction

All items are handmade and inventory is deducted immediately from our website once an order is successfully placed. Because of this, all sales are processed based on the availability of inventory at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery Completion

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

7. Handmade Product Notice

Due to the handmade nature of our products, processing and delivery times may vary. We take great care in preparing each order to ensure quality and successful delivery.I’m
