Refund policy

We have a 7-10-day return policy, which means you have the 3-5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed within our local delivery areas—including Brandon, Tampa, Carrollwood, Riverview, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater—are eligible for hand delivery to the shipping address or if no contact of needing hand delivery, items will be be hand delivered or ship directly to shipping address provided. 

Please note that inventory is immediately deducted from our website once an order is placed. As all items are handmade, we take great care in preparing each order and ensuring that deliveries are completed successfully.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address provided through the website that they specifically inputed the merchandise to be sent to. 

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been processed and prepared for delivery & officially delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
