Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders placed within our local delivery areas—including Brandon, Tampa, Carrollwood, Riverview, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater—are eligible for hand delivery to the shipping address or if no contact of needing hand delivery, items will be be hand delivered or ship directly to shipping address provided. 

Please note that inventory is immediately deducted from our website once an order is placed. As all items are handmade, we take great care in preparing each order and ensuring that deliveries are completed successfully.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the shipping address provided through the website that they specifically inputed the merchandise to be sent to.
